Terms of use

HireDocket is software for recording AEDT inventory, candidate notices, audit packets, and expiry dates. Supports compliance workflow; counsel owns judgment. We are not a law firm and we are not an independent bias auditor.

No legal service

Nothing on this site is a legal opinion, a certification, or a finding that a tool is lawful to use. An independent auditor still does bias math. Your counsel owns wording and judgment.

Demo and access

The public demo is a sample workspace. Data you enter there may be lost, shared on the same host, or reset. It is not your production record. Requesting access does not create a paid contract.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, probe other customers, upload malware, or put live candidate secrets into the public demo. We may disable access if that happens.

Limitation

The site is provided as-is while we are in early release. To the extent the law allows, HireDocket is not liable for lost data, missed deadlines, or decisions you make from the workflow. If a paid agreement comes later, that agreement will control.
