Privacy

This page describes what this site actually stores right now. It is not a claim that we run a certified privacy program. Supports compliance workflow; counsel owns judgment.

Access requests

If you use Request access, we store your name, work email, company, role, whether you hire into NYC, optional ATS names, and any message you write. Those records live in a file on the application server (`.data/access-requests.json`). If a mail provider key is configured, we also email the same fields to hello@hiredocket.com.

Demo workspace

The /app demo keeps inventory, notices, summaries, and ATS job links in your browser under `hiredocket.workspace.v1`. We do not read that browser store from the server. Clearing site data removes it.

ATS credentials

If someone pastes an ATS key or Workday token into the demo connectors, those secrets are written under `.data/` on the server and are not sent back to the browser after save. On Vercel that disk is not a durable customer vault. Do not put production keys in the public demo.

Logs and cookies

Hosting may log IP, user agent, and request path. The demo gate, when enabled, sets an httpOnly cookie (`hd_demo`) so we know you entered the password. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell the data listed here.
